TRANSPORT and DELIVERY TIMES on Fotocolombo.it

THE TIMES FOR DELIVERING GOODS TO THE COURIER ARE EXPRESSLY INDICATED WITHIN THE PAGE OF EACH SINGLE ITEM.

THE DAYS INDICATED ARE ALWAYS INTENDED AS WORKING DAYS EXCLUDING SAT-SUN. AND HOLIDAYS.

SHIPPING IS ALWAYS MADE WITH EXPRESS COURIER IN INSURED MODE.

Fotocolombo Srl can only accept orders with delivery within the Italian and European state. Fotocolombo Srl does not ship to Mail Boxes or companies that provide domiciliation services. For each order placed on www.fotocolombo.it or www.bicicolombo.it, Fotocolombo Srl issues an invoice/receipt for the material processed. It will be possible to download both the electronic invoice in PDF format within your tax drawer. For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Insurance will only be at the customer's choice.

Shipments are made up of an initial cost and, only in the case of an order with more than one product, only a small part of the cost indicated for each product will be added, taking the highest shipping price among the products placed in the cart as the starting point in the final calculation.

The total will be indicated in the final cart before confirming the order and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order (in some cases shipping costs may be included in the price of the product).

Payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when ordering.

Delivery of the ordered goods is intended to be on the GROUND floor. The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in cardboard boxes.

Delivery times for the ordered goods are purely indicative; they may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority. No responsibility can be attributed to Fotcolombo Srl in case of delay in processing the order or in the delivery of the ordered goods.

Standard delivery will take place during the following hours: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In case of absence of the Customer, the courier leaves a notice and retries the delivery within the following 24/48 hours; in case of further absence, a notice is left again and the Customer is contacted by the courier for the third attempt. If this is also unsuccessful, the Customer will be contacted by Fotocolombo Srl with whom they will define the details of the delivery. If the fourth attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to Fotocolombo Srl, with consequent cancellation of the order and reversal of the amount paid by the customer minus the transport costs.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE

WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES:

Immediately check the integrity of the package! If the package is not intact, you must refuse delivery, or collect the package by signing with a specific reservation. Try to describe the conditions of the damage to the package as best as you can.

EXAMPLE I ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION BECAUSE THE PACKAGE IS DENT ON THE UPPER SIDE

The signature with reservation must be placed on the delivery note that the courier will bring you;

The signature with reservation can also be placed if the courier has an electronic pad;

The signature with reservation is necessary to start the insurance procedures;

Always check that the courier reports your reservation on his POD.

AFTER COLLECTING THE PACKAGE

IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED:

If the packaging is damaged, the product is ruined and you have signed with specific reservation, send a report via email to fotocolombo@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery, describing what happened and attaching several photographs.

IF THE PACKAGE IS INTACT:

If the packaging is intact and the product inside is damaged, send a report via email to fotocolombo@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery, describing what happened and 7 photographs (one of the damage reported by the product and 6 for the six sides of the packaging).

WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS:

Check the damage and send the report before proceeding with any type of installation of the product;

Before shipping the package, include a copy of the order confirmation and the description of the problem encountered;

In case the original packaging is damaged, put everything inside a larger package.
