Right of withdrawal.. Methods and effects.

Only the Consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods not related to his/her professional activity) can exercise

the right of withdrawal (“Withdrawal”) on the purchase of the Products within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, by sending a communication to Fotocolombo

at the address fotocolombo@gmail.com, to the PEC fotocolombosrl@pec.it

We will reply to this email with an RMA number to be included in the form that authorizes the return. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send

the completed form, within 14 days of receiving the products, to the email address fotocolombo@gmail.com.

The consumer Customer who exercises the Withdrawal within the aforementioned term: (i) returns the Products at his/her own expense to Fotocolombo

within 14 (fourteen) days of the communication of the Withdrawal, following the instructions of Fotocolombo; (ii) fully bears

the costs of returning the Products subject to Withdrawal and (iii) returns the Products intact, unused, in the original packaging,

complete with packaging and documentation without having suffered any damage.

In accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force, the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts:

a) For the supply of goods and services whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates that the Seller is unable to control;

b) For the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or

risk deteriorating or altering rapidly;

c) For the supply of sealed audiovisual products or computer software, opened by the Consumer;

d) For products not available from the supplier and purchased on specific order of the Consumer.

If (i) the Products have been received and it has been possible to verify that all the conditions set out above have been met and (ii) the Consumer

has complied with the obligations set out above, Fotocolombo will refund the price paid for the purchase of the products subject

to Withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt - by Fotocolombo - of the returned products,

the same payment method chosen by the Consumer for the purchase or using the bank transfer.

In the case of a single order relating to multiple Products, the refund in any case includes only the delivery costs relating to the Product(s) subject to Withdrawal

which, unless otherwise indicated in the Order confirmation, are presumed to be equal to the amount obtained from the ratio

of the total delivery costs incurred by the Consumer and the number of Products subject to the order.

The Paypal commission costs (or other payment services) relating to the transaction for the purchase of the product will in any case be retained.
